Hello! I was born and raised in Pennsylvania. I moved to Florida to attend the University of South Florida (USF) and ended up staying for 20 years. After USF I went to the University of Florida (UF) for my graduate degrees. After graduating with my Ph.D., I moved to Tampa and worked in private practice. Now I am preparing to move my family to Pennsylvania where I will have my own therapy practice. We are excited to be closer to family and experience more than just one season (HOT!).
I met my partner while at USF and now we have a daughter. For fun, I enjoy baking, card and board games, dancing, and the water (swimming, beaching, etc.).
My favorite vacation spots are Saint Augustine Beach in Florida, Maui in Hawaii, and the Outer Banks in North Carolina.

As a full time practicing psychologist in private practice, I have provided therapy and testing for many people. Most of my clients have struggled with anxiety (perfectionism, adjustment, OCD, social anxiety, phobias, general), depression, ADHD, tics, misophonia, eating disorders, and skin or hair picking.
For one year, I worked full time in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Florida, where I received extensive training in the Intensive Outpatient Clinic for OCD and Anxiety Disorders. During this time, I gained further expertise in E/RP, psychological testing and with clients facing severe psychological challenges.
For one year, I worked full time in a Florida school district providing therapy and testing services to the students.
I worked part-time for two years in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Florida, where I provided therapy and conducted psychological testing with clients. My role involved consulting with and working in both the Intensive Outpatient Clinic for OCD and Anxiety Disorders and the Intensive Eating Disorders Clinic.
For two years, I consulted, tested, and provided counseling to students in a Florida school district part-time.
